📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Since all of our items are 'made-to-order' and customized for you, we anticipate that your item will be ready to ship and out the door within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days in U.S. You'll get tracking info as soon as it's available, so you can stalk your package like a proper online shopper.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our made-to order facilities are located throughout the U.S. This helps us get your goods to you quickly, and in top-notch condition.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We sure do — we’ll ship your snark anywhere our courier service provider dares to go. That said, international orders require a bit more logistical magic. If you’re outside the U.S., please email us at customersupport@snarkarama.com with your location before placing an order. We’ll confirm availability, timelines, and shipping costs specific to your region.

♻️ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?
A: Everything at Snarkarama is made just for you — but we’re not monsters.
If your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you can request a free return within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. We’ll fix it with a replacement order or a Snarkarama voucher (minus shipping fees).

We get it — sometimes things just don't fit or feel right. Most items can be exchanged for different sizes, styles, or colors within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. You’ll receive a Snarkarama voucher or a replacement order, also minus shipping.

Here’s what we need to start the process:

  1. The email address used at checkout

  2. Your order number (check your order confirmation)

  3. Email that info to customersupport@snarkarama.com to receive your return label and address

Returns must meet these conditions:

  • Items were purchased in the last 30 days

  • Items are in original packaging and unworn

  • Personalized/custom goods and certain hygiene-sensitive items (like face masks) cannot be returned

Snarkarama reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these standards. We do it rarely. But we can.

📏 SIZING & PRODUCT INFO

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product includes a size guide, and we strongly recommend checking it before buying. Sizing can vary between styles. When in doubt, size up — baggy is bold.

Q: What if my item doesn’t fit right?
A: No worries. If your item doesn't fit as expected, we’ll help you exchange it within 30 days (see our Returns & Exchanges section above).

💳PAYMENT & SECURITY

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If it’s legit and digital, it probably works.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: 100%. We use SSL encryption and secure third-party payment processors. Your info stays locked up tighter than your group chat secrets.

Q: Where's my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number. Use it to follow your item’s every move. If you can’t find your tracking info, just email us with your order number and we’ll help.
