Everything at Snarkarama is made just for you — but we’re not monsters.
If your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you can request a free return within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. We’ll fix it with a replacement order or a Snarkarama voucher (minus shipping fees).
We get it — sometimes things just don't fit or feel right. Most items can be exchanged for different sizes, styles, or colors within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. You’ll receive a Snarkarama voucher or a replacement order, also minus shipping.
Here’s what we need to start the process:
The email address used at checkout
Your 7–8 digit order number (check your order confirmation)
Email that info to customersupport@snarkarama.com to receive your return label and address
Returns must meet these conditions:
Items were purchased in the last 30 days
Items are in original packaging and unworn
Personalized/custom goods and certain hygiene-sensitive items (like face masks) cannot be returned
Snarkarama reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these standards. We do it rarely. But we can.
